Is there a way to import (and/or export) Squeeze Server presets from the command line?

Hi Dennis,

There is not a build-in command line tool to upload or download preset files in Squeeze Server. However, the Squeeze Server Preset API will let you add, replace or publish a new preset to the Squeeze Server preset library. You can read more about the Squeeze Server Preset API here: http://support.sorensonmedia.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1505883-server-api---presets-overview

It is generally best to use the web GUI interface to create the preset once and be done with it. Unless there is a need to create new presets on the fly, in which case you would need to use the API.

You could also manually update the database table squeeze.presets to add or remove preset settings.

Thanks,
Andy
