Final Cut Pro 7 Squeeze Plugin

Last Updated: Apr 30, 2014 04:27PM PDT
You can export directly from Final Cut Pro 7 using Squeeze 6 and higher.
  • Export your sequence "Using QuickTime Conversion"
  • Then choose the "Format" as Squeeze
  • Then click "Options" and select the output format and pre-made Squeeze preset you wish to use
If you would like to publish to Sorenson 360 or any other publishing option, make sure your preset has a valid publishing option already attached. If you are not sure if the presets listed have your desired publishing option, you can check this in Squeeze.

You can also create a custom preset with a unique name in Squeeze that is easy to identify from the FCP interface. Any publishing options you add to your preset in Squeeze will be applied to your export from FCP when using your custom preset.
